My dream career or profession when I was a young girl of ten years old was to be a fashion designer. So it comes to no surprise that I’m so excited to participate in STRUT hosted by the Raleigh parks and recreation.

My good friend Sarah West is working on this event and so is Betty McKim, both talented jewelers in Raleigh so I hope for those of you in the Raleigh area should come out - it’s so fun to see how people think of ornament and adornment on the body. Jewelry and fashion go hand in hand, and I’ll be attending the event too!
